Policies
PAYMENT
We accept E-Transfer and Cash. Payment is due after your appointment.
ARRIVAL
No makeup, dirt, or oil should be surrounding or on your lashes.
REFILLS
Complete refills require 80% of remaining lash extensions, while mini-fills require only 40%.
CANCELLATION
Appointments must be cancelled 48 hours in advance, if necessary. A $25 fee will be charged for appointment cancellations within 48 hours.
Appointment Prep
- Arrive with clean lashes (remove all eye makeup)
- Dress comfortably
- Plan your schedule accordingly
- Avoid oily products
- Avoid caffeine before your appointment
- Ensure correct booking location (Toronto or London)
After Care Instructions
- DO NOT use any moisturizer for 24- 48 hours.
- DO NOT get lashes wet for 24-48 hours
- DO NOT use mascara
- DO NOT use liquid eyeliner
- DO NOT use eyelash curlers
- DO NOT brush your lashes when they are wet (always pat dry with paper towel first)
- Gently brush lashes daily
- Only use oil free products around the eyes
- Cleanse your lashes using only lash shampoo
- Avoid sleeping on your face (try using a silk pillowcase)
- DO NOT pick or pull at your lash extensions (this can damage your natural lashes)
- Book appointments every 2-3 weeks
